Oquirrh Mountain Services (OMS) Premium Service Program includes free services, exclusive discounts, savings in utilities, extended equipment life, and prevents little problems from becoming expensive repairs. The longer you maintain your annual service agreement, the more benefits you get!

Our Premium Maintenance Service subscribers receive VIP expedited scheduling and service. This annual subscription includes one free major service per year. This subscription also includes one plumbing, one Air Conditioning, and one heating system premium maintenance tune-up each year.

There is a $19.99 dispatch fee for each service, a 10% discount on repairs, a 5% discount on replacements, and if needed, up to one free drain cleaning and electrical inspection per year.

OMS Premium Maintenance Service Program

The planned service is designed to meet or exceed all manufacturer and extended-warranty requirements and adheres to recommended procedures outlined by the Department of Energy and our local utility companies.

$10.99 for Each Additional System / Month

Our Premium Maintenance Service fee is for one system PER household. This includes one heating and air conditioning system, and one plumbing system (up to four bathrooms). The fee for each additional system is an added $10.99 per month per system.

OMS Premium Maintenance Service Tune-Ups

Your membership, with some scheduling restrictions, entitles you to a once-a-year maintenance precision tune-up of your furnace and your central air conditioner. We are able to offer these valuable, exceptional services included in your membership maintenance at no additional charge because we only offer these tune-up services during our off-peak (slow) seasons. Our off-peak seasons are usually late winter/early spring and late summer/early fall, but vary depending on temperatures and weather conditions.
Premium Maintenance Service Tune-Ups

Performing the tune-ups during the off-season allows us the time to do a thorough job for you, and helps keep our technicians busy year round. It also keeps your systems operating properly so that when the increased demand from changing and extreme temperature comes, and we are busy on repair calls, your system will be up and running and not likely to break down. Important note: ALL other Premium Membership benefits except the Premium Maintenance Tune-ups to the plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems are available at the free or discounted rates year round with no blackout periods.

Scheduling OMS Premium Maintenance Service Tune-ups

Our OMS Premium Maintenance Service tune-up visits are scheduled in advance, performed on weekdays, during regular business hours, and during our off-peak seasons. We encourage you to call us to schedule your visits in advance in order to have the best time slot availability. However, we will make every effort to contact you by telephone, text or email to schedule these visits at your convenience.

Missed OMS Premium Maintenance Service Tune-up Visits

Due to our busy peak periods throughout the year, we only do OMS Premium Maintenance Service tune-up visits between peak seasons. If we do happen to miss you during the off-peak periods (regardless of whose fault it may be), we will need to perform your OMS Premium Maintenance Service tune-ups during the next off-peak season. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Minimum OMS Premium Maintenance Service Periods

The moment you join our OMS Premium Member Service program, you may start using the annual benefits. The minimum OMS Premium Membership Service agreement period is 12 months. If you choose to cancel your agreement before the end of the minimum OMS Premium Membership Service period, you will have the choice to repay the agreement discounts and benefits that you have received, or to continue the OMS Premium Membership Service agreement for the remaining of the minimum period (which may be less expensive). We hope you will continue to remain a OMS Premium Member Service program client for years and years to come, and that we can continue to provide you with valuable OMS Premium Member Service program benefits, exceptional service and big savings.

One per year for existing OMS Premium Member Service program clients. Not valid on drains that are plugged at time of sign up.

Free Electrical Inspections

One per year for existing OMS Premium Member Service program clients. Includes inspection of outlets, lights, detectors, and other related items.

OMS Premium Maintenance Service Terms and Conditions

Oquirrh Mountain Services (OMS) Premium Maintenance Service agreement can not be shared between parties. Not valid on services at the time of sign up. We retain the right to discontinue any Premium Membership Service agreement at any time and refuse service to anyone.

  • The annual or semi-annual inspection and tune-up service allow us to catch and correct minor issues before they can become catastrophic problems.
  • Our customers receive 15% discounts on all repairs.
  • A tune-up on your heating and air conditioning system includes cleaning all heat-transfer surfaces and properly calibrating your system operation back to design specifications. This will improve comfort and save you up to 50% on your energy costs.
  • If a repair we have done fails during that season, we will repair it again absolutely FREE.
  • Our automated dispatch system keeps track of your inspection and tune-up schedule and we will contact you to schedule the appointment at a time convenient for you.
